Hotel owner Emirates Sunland Group (50:50 partnership between UAE based ENSHAA and Australian based Sunland Group) reported an 8.1 per cent increase in revenue at Palazzo Versace Gold Coast to $7.6 million for the six months to the end of December. This helped lift the hotel's underlying profit to $102,000, compared with a $526,000 loss a year earlier. Emirates Sunland Group is currently developing two projects in Dubai, and the UAE. These are the second Palazzo Versace Hotel and Condominium currently being built on Dubai's Creek and D1, an 80 storey residential tower. |
