		RAZA JAFAR Chief Executive Officer Raza Jafar is the Vice Chairman and Co-founder of Emirates Investments Group LLC (property development, financial services, aviation and general trading) and is the Honorary Investments Counselor representing the Pakistani government in the United Arab Emirates. As Managing Director of ENSHAA and Joint Managing Director of Emirates Sunland Group, he is responsible for the development of Emirates Financial Towers, Karachi Financial Towers, Palazzo Versace Dubai, D1 Tower and White Bay.

		GERARD CARROLL Chief Operating Officer With more than 26 years of experience as a commercial contractor and developer in the property industry, Gerard Carroll has completed major developments in the retail, commercial, residential and hospitality sectors in Australia, New Zealand, Indonesia and Malaysia.

		BRIAN WOODSIDE Chief Financial Officer Brian Woodside, a UK Chartered Accountant, has lived in the Middle East for six years and has worked in London, Sydney and New York. Previously a tax consultant for PricewaterhouseCoopers, he moved to engineering consultancy Arup Group ‚ a company operating in 46 countries and then on to the construction chemicals group Fosroc as Chief Financial Officer. Brian Woodside earned a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Civil Engineering from the University of Birmingham, UK.

		COLIN SEOW Chief Development Officer Colin Seow has more than 21 years of international experience in the construction industry. As an architect, he has designed and led the execution of developments in the United States, Canada, Indonesia, Dubai, China and Singapore. He also has taught architectural design at the University of British Columbia and lectured at the Singapore Institute of Architects and the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Singapore. Prior to joining ENSHAA, he held several senior positions, including Chief Planner and Architect, at HB Holdings in China, as well as Vice President of CPG Consultants, a large multi-disciplinary construction consultancy firm based in Singapore.

		ELI HYDER Chief Legal Officer Eli Hyder's legal background includes in-house counsel and private practice in general law with emphasis on commercial transactions. He has more than 11 years of experience in Australia where he focused on Criminal, Family, Commercial and General Common Law. Eli studied a Bachelor of Pharmacy (B Pharm) at the University of Sydney, a Bachelor of Arts (BA) with Honours from Hartford University, a Bachelors of Laws (LLB) from Bond University and a Public International Law Certificate from The Hague Academy of International Law. Since joining ENSHAA in April 2006, he has established the Company's corporate & legal structures as well as successfully completed the private placement of ENSHAA in 2007.

		ASHOK GOPINATH Director of Finance Ashok Gopinath is a Chartered Accountant with more than 23 years of international experience, 18 of which were at the senior management level. While his expertise focuses largely on FMCG and property development, he also has specialization in financial structuring and has successfully handled IPOs from concept to issue. Prior to joining ENSHAA, he was financial controller at a successful IT-outsourcing firm in Dubai.
