While his expertise focuses largely on FMCG and property development, he also has specialization in financial structuring and has successfully handled IPOs from concept to issue. Prior to joining ENSHAA, he was financial controller at a successful IT-outsourcing firm in Dubai. |

COLIN SEOW Chief Development Officer Colin Seow has more than 25 years of international experience in the construction industry. As an architect, he has designed and led the execution of developments in the United States, Canada, Indonesia, Dubai, China and Singapore. He also has taught architectural design at the University of British Columbia and lectured at the Singapore Institute of Architects and the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Singapore. Prior to joining ENSHAA, he held several senior positions, including Chief Planner and Architect, at HB Holdings in China, as well as Vice President of CPG Consultants, a large multi-disciplinary construction consultancy firm based in Singapore. |

ELI HYDER Chief Legal Officer Eli Hyder is a senior corporate lawyer with 13+ years of in-house legal experience providing in-depth business & legal advice with emphasis on commercial transactions. He specializes in corporate reorganization, legal consultancy, private placement, risk management, strategic planning, deal structuring & contract negotiation. Since joining ENSHAA in April 2006, he has established the Company's corporate & legal structures as well as provided legal advice to the Group’s key business divisions (including, development, real estate, logistics & trading, construction and financial services) on local and regional laws, free zones and offshore jurisdictions. Eli is a graduate of Bond University School of Law in Australia. He is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators in the UK (CIArb) and the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC).
