The much-anticipated property has been developed by luxury real estate company ENSHAA PSC and is Versace’s second property – the first is on Australia’s Gold Coast.

Speaking on the handover, ENSHAA PSC CEO, Raza Jafar said, “We are delighted to commence the handover of The Residences at Palazzo Versace to their owners and are grateful for the support of all our customers; we are proud to deliver an outstanding project.

“I am particularly thankful to our team, for their hard work, dedication and passion for creating an iconic development; the end result is truthfully remarkable and I am confident that it will set new standards of luxury living and comfort in the region”.

Ranging in size from one to five bedrooms, the 169-suite Residences at Palazzo Versace feature custom-made furniture, Versace artwork, mosaic and marble flooring spread across the interior, parquet in each bedroom. The design ethos is generally aimed toward representing the best of Italian luxury artisanal craftsmanship.

The Palazzo Versace is located in Dubai’s historic “Culture Village” district. The 215-room hotel will wow guests with rich Italian design elements, Versace-branded amenities, a world-class spa, stellar culinary offerings, and opulent, fully-adaptable meeting and conference spaces with state-of-the-art equipment.
